Decent but limited rural coverage
I live on the outskirts and while EE’s central city coverage is great, outside it’s patchy at times. Download speeds drop and calls sometimes get dropped. Still, their staff helped me switch to a plan that’s a bit cheaper which I appreciate.
Mixed signal quality issue
I get decent coverage most places but sometimes calls drop or the internet lags, especially during rush hours. The 5G speeds promised haven't been consistent for me around my area. Support was okay but didn’t offer a clear fix.
Not bad but some glitches
Plans are affordable and coverage is good in the city, but sometimes the app glitches during bill payments. Speeds are alright but I expected better with their 5G. Still figuring out if I should stick with them.
Helpful service
Support team fixed my issue fast.
Good coverage overall
No issues with signal at home.
Reliable broadband, minor frustrations
Been using EE broadband at home for a few months now, and the connection is generally stable which is great for my remote work. Occasionally the speed drops randomly in the evening, which is annoying when I have video calls. Customer support was helpful but the wait time was longer than I hoped. Also, managing my account through their website could be more intuitive. I’m happy with the service but there’s room to improve the user interface.
Easy to manage account
App works well, bills are clear.
Fast connection speed
Broadband is quick and steady.
Smooth 5G experience
Using EE for both mobile and broadband and really impressed by the consistent speeds. Setup was easy and the coverage at my home and office hasn’t failed me. Also like how the app makes bill payments straightforward.
Great network and fast setup
Switched to EE last year and the transition was surprisingly smooth. Their 5G service is solid and I’ve seen a real boost in streaming quality. Customer service helped me set up my new phone plan without any hassle.
Worth every penny
Been with EE for 2 years now, and honestly, their network quality is unmatched in my area. The 5G speeds let me stream and game without a glitch. Plus, their customer service is friendly and quick to respond, which is rare these days!
Helpful support but speed varies
Switched to EE because of their 5G, which is generally fast in town. Sometimes at night, the speed drops which messes with my streaming. Had a chat with support and they were patient and gave good advice though, so that was a plus.
