Mixed experience with customer support
My main gripe is the customer support wait times. I had a slow internet issue and had to call three times over two days to get a technician scheduled. Once they came, it was fixed quickly, but the delays in getting help were frustrating. The internet speed itself is decent and mostly stable though.
