Where I live the signal is alright, but transferring my number took three days longer than promised. Support reps were polite but slow responding to emails.

Mixed experience with coverage and support
I’ve had T-Mobile for about six months. The 5G speed in the city is impressive but once I traveled out of state, the coverage was spotty at best, which messed up a business call. Also had to wait quite a while to get a hold of customer support when my bill was wrong. Hopefully, they fix these issues soon because the price plan is decent.
