Mostly great but slow returns
I’ve been shopping at Shopbop for over a year now, mostly for their designer shoe selection. Their website is easy to navigate and I appreciate the detailed product info. However, the returns process took longer than I expected last month when a pair of boots didn’t fit. Customer service was friendly but I had to wait a couple of weeks for my refund. Still, the quality of what I kept was worth it.
