I usually shop at Argos because of their wide selection but last time the checkout page lagged badly which was annoying. Also had to call support because my delivery slot wasn’t confirmed properly. The rep was helpful though and sorted it out quickly, so not a total loss. Hoping next time the site is more responsive.

Happy with the range Argos offers online, especially electronics and small appliances. I ordered a coffee maker and the process was straightforward, the site even recommended accessories I hadn’t thought about. However, my delivery came two days later than scheduled and customer service was slow to respond on live chat. Once I got through, they apologized and offered a small voucher which was fair. Would appreciate better reliability next time but the product quality was solid and the ordering interface quite user-friendly.
