I tried ordering a formal dress last weekend but got stuck during checkout because the promo code wouldn’t apply. It was frustrating because I was ready to buy but had to wait to contact support. The rep was polite but it took a while to resolve and I almost abandoned the cart. Once the order went through the delivery was fine but that experience left a bad taste.
