I often browse Carousell for bargain fashion and household items. Sometimes sellers are very responsive and items arrive as described, which is awesome. On a couple of occasions I had to chase sellers or deal with vague photos. Returning items isn't very straightforward either, so I try to read reviews carefully before buying. it’s a nice platform if you’re patient and double-check listings before purchase.

Smooth transactions but messaging could improve
I like Carousell for selling clothes quickly, but the in-app chat sometimes lags, and messages don’t always notify properly. The buyer I sold to was punctual and friendly though, and payment cleared without issues. Hoping they fix the messaging soon as it would make buying and selling even better.
