I ordered a pair of sunglasses which came in perfect condition, but the box was slightly dented on arrival. Not a big deal but it was disappointing given the price. The sunglasses themselves are excellent and the LV logo engraving is crisp. Customer service did offer a replacement box but I declined as it wasn’t urgent.

Bought a limited edition watch that I’d been eyeing for months. The ordering process was smooth but I had a bit of trouble with the verification step during checkout.
