Okay experience, support could improve

I ordered a pair of shoes and while they look great, the shipping took longer than expected. I reached out to support and the replies were somewhat generic and didn’t really address my concerns about tracking updates. The packaging was nice though and the shoes fit perfectly.

Mixed feelings about my bag

I bought a classic LV Speedy bag from their website which looked perfect in the pictures. When it arrived, the leather felt a bit stiffer than I expected and the monogram print wasn't as vibrant. Customer service was polite but took a week to respond about a return. Still, the craftsmanship is solid, just not exactly what I imagined.
