LV quality with minor hiccup
I ordered a pair of sunglasses which came in perfect condition, but the box was slightly dented on arrival. Not a big deal but it was disappointing given the price. The sunglasses themselves are excellent and the LV logo engraving is crisp. Customer service did offer a replacement box but I declined as it wasn’t urgent.

Okay experience, support could improve
I ordered a pair of shoes and while they look great, the shipping took longer than expected. I reached out to support and the replies were somewhat generic and didn’t really address my concerns about tracking updates. The packaging was nice though and the shoes fit perfectly.

Nice bag but pricey

Absolutely flawless purchase

Love the craftsmanship, but support lagged
Bought a limited edition watch that I’d been eyeing for months. The ordering process was smooth but I had a bit of trouble with the verification step during checkout. Customer support was slow to respond and only got back after 48 hours, which was frustrating since I was worried about missing my delivery window. When the watch arrived, though, it was absolutely stunning the detailing on the dial and the leather strap is beyond compare. Would be five stars if not for slow support communication.

Mixed feelings about my bag

Good, but expect delays
