I like that I can do everything from home, especially the sexual health consultations. The prices are a bit higher than my previous provider though, and insurance doesn’t cover it. Still, worth it for the privacy.

I signed up for Hims to get help with my acne because I was tired of trying over-the-counter stuff that never worked. The online consultation was quick and the doctor was friendly, but the meds took almost two weeks to arrive, which was annoying. After a month of use, I saw some improvement but not as much as I hoped. Customer support was okay when I asked about shipping delays but didn’t really solve the issue. Hoping my skin clears up more with continued use though.
