Great flavor and delivery experience
I ordered a bunch of burritos and quesadillas for a small get-together last weekend. The app was easy to use, and I loved that I could customize everything easily, which saved me so much hassle. I've been using Taco Bell's delivery for almost a year now and it rarely disappoints. Last week I tried the new spicy quesadilla and it was spot on, really packed with flavor. Good food but order was cold
I really like Taco Bell’s menu but this last delivery was a disappointment. My burrito was lukewarm and soggy, probably because the driver got stuck in traffic. Wish they had better insulation for deliveries or at least accurate delivery time updates.

Pretty reliable but missed a side
Taco Bell’s delivery usually impresses me with speed and food quality. Last week I ordered the Fiesta Pack and everything was delicious except they forgot my side of cinnamon twists. I messaged support through the app and they quickly credited my account, which was good service. I hope they fix their order checks to avoid missing items. Still, the tacos and burritos never disappoint me on taste or freshness.

Good experience with some small delays
I’ve ordered from Taco Bell delivery several times now and mostly it’s trouble-free. This week, my order took an extra 10 minutes to arrive, which was a bummer but not a big deal. The food was still hot and tasty, especially the loaded nachos. The driver called ahead to confirm my address which I thought was a nice touch. If they worked on the timing predictability I’d probably give full stars.
