Decent service with room for improvement
Started using Hims for hair loss about three months ago after reading reviews online. The sign-up process was quite painless and the doctor I consulted with gave me a clear explanation of the treatment plan. Shipping was mostly on time, except once when my package arrived a day late without any notice, which was annoying because I was running low on meds. The medication itself seems to be working well though, which is the main thing. Customer support was polite but slow to respond when I asked about the delay. I’d say this is a solid option if you want a convenient, at-home solution but be prepared for occasional hiccups.

Mixed feelings about my acne treatment

Good experience but some glitches
