I booked an in-person visit for a COVID-19 test after some mild symptoms showed up. The clinic staff were friendly and the testing process was quick, but I did end up waiting about 30 minutes past my appointment time, which was annoying since I had to head to work afterward. On the bright side, I got my results within 24 hours through their app, which made it easier to get back to normal. I'm pretty satisfied and would use Carbon Health again for their convenient access to both virtual and physical care.
Helpful staff, room for improvement
The clinic staff were quite helpful and friendly when I came in for a COVID-19 test. However, I found the online system a bit clunky, especially when uploading insurance info. Also, my test results took longer than promised, which made me anxious. Hoping they can speed that up soon.
