Mixed experience with virtual visit
Had a telehealth appointment last week for a cold. The doctor was helpful but the app kept freezing during our call which was super frustrating. I got my prescription though, so that was a plus.

Mixed feelings about wait times
Went to their urgent care last week because of a fever and sore throat. The check-in process was straightforward but had to wait about 40 minutes even with an appointment, which felt longer than expected. The nurse was nice and thorough, but I wish the scheduling was a bit tighter. Their app could use better updates for real-time wait estimates.
