Average experience, nothing special
Used American Airlines for a quick business trip recently. The flight was a bit late but not terribly so. Boarding was a bit chaotic, I guess due to the crowd. Nothing really stood out either positively or negatively, just a standard flight experience. The app could be more intuitive though, had trouble finding my boarding pass.
