Mostly great but some hiccups
I booked a round trip from Phoenix to Seattle and almost everything was great. The plane was clean and the staff were friendly. However, my return flight was delayed by about an hour, which was a bit frustrating. I understand delays happen sometimes, but I really wish they had better communication about it.
