I like that Zomato shows tons of options and reviews helped me pick a good spot. Only downside was the app froze a couple times during checkout which was annoying. Still, the order arrived hot and the driver was friendly.

Ordered from a nearby place and the food was great but the delivery took almost an hour. The app worked fine and I liked the menu browsing feature. Just wish the courier was a bit faster.

Zomato makes it super easy to find local restaurants and order quickly. The fees can add up, especially with smaller orders, which made me think twice. Still, the delivery times have been pretty reliable these past few weeks.

I ordered dinner last Friday and the delivery took nearly 50 minutes instead of the promised 30. I understand Fridays can be busy, but there was no update on the delay in the app or any notification from the driver. The food itself was okay and still warm when it arrived, but I was pretty hungry by then. I also tried contacting support but it took over 20 minutes to get a reply, which was a bit frustrating. Hoping they improve communication during peak times.
