Nice variety but app glitches
I like that Zomato shows tons of options and reviews helped me pick a good spot. Only downside was the app froze a couple times during checkout which was annoying. Still, the order arrived hot and the driver was friendly.

I use Zomato almost weekly for lunch orders at work. The food quality is consistently good and delivery times are usually on point. Sometimes the app crashes right when I try to apply promo codes, which is annoying, but customer service helped me sort it out quickly. I’m happy with how smooth the whole process is.

Frustrated with late delivery but food was decent
I ordered dinner last Friday and the delivery took nearly 50 minutes instead of the promised 30. I understand Fridays can be busy, but there was no update on the delay in the app or any notification from the driver. The food itself was okay and still warm when it arrived, but I was pretty hungry by then. I also tried contacting support but it took over 20 minutes to get a reply, which was a bit frustrating. Hoping they improve communication during peak times.
