Zocdoc is helpful for finding specialists quickly, but sometimes the availability shown online isn't accurate. I tried booking an appointment twice and both times the doctor was already fully booked. Support was okay but not very responsive.

I’ve used Zocdoc a couple of times and while the site has tons of providers, some schedules aren’t updated right away. Had to call the office to confirm once, which was annoying. But when it does work, it’s definitely a time saver.

I tried booking a neurologist via Zocdoc, but the available times seemed outdated on the site. I ended up calling the clinic directly to get an appointment. The app's interface is clean, but they need to sync availability better.
