The delivery guy was super friendly and quick, got my order in 20 minutes. However, the fries were cold and just not crispy enough when I got them, which was kinda disappointing. Hopefully next time they stay warmer during transit.

I really enjoy Wendy's food, especially their Frosty and classic burgers, but their app has been glitching a lot lately. A few times my order didn’t update properly, and once I got charged twice for the same meal. I contacted support and they responded within a day which was helpful, but it’s annoying to rely on an app that isn’t stable. Also wish there were more options for customizing my burger on the app. Despite that, the food quality and delivery speed usually make up for it.
