Ordered a cheeseburger combo last weekend for delivery and it arrived about 20 minutes late. The food was still tasty but the fries were a bit soggy. Their app glitches a bit, which made reordering annoying, but I guess the price and taste are okay.

I really enjoy Wendy's food, especially their Frosty and classic burgers, but their app has been glitching a lot lately. A few times my order didn’t update properly, and once I got charged twice for the same meal. I contacted support and they responded within a day which was helpful, but it’s annoying to rely on an app that isn’t stable. Also wish there were more options for customizing my burger on the app. Despite that, the food quality and delivery speed usually make up for it.

I’ve tried their delivery a few times now and it’s been pretty good every time. The app is easy to navigate and my orders usually arrive within the promised window. Once, they forgot my drink but they quickly refunded me after I messaged customer service, so that was good. The chicken sandwiches especially hit the spot and I appreciate the option to customize my meal exactly how I want it.
