I’ve been ordering through Uber Eats for months now and the experience has been mostly great. The app is super easy to use and the delivery times are usually within the estimated window. I especially like the options for different cuisines and the ability to schedule orders ahead of time. Only once did I have a late delivery but they credited me the delivery fee right away. a lifesaver for busy nights when I don’t want to cook.

Last month I ordered from a new Thai place through Uber Eats and was pretty impressed by the speed and ease of ordering. The app’s interface is clean and I liked how I could track the driver in real-time. The only issue was the delivery guy got stuck in traffic and my meal arrived about 15 minutes late, but honestly the food was still warm and tasty. Customer support was quick to respond when I messaged them about the delay. a solid experience and I’ll probably keep using it.
