I usually go for Uber Eats because of the variety, but last time my order arrived 20 minutes late and the fries were kinda soggy. The app showed the driver was nearby for a while before delivery, so that was a bit frustrating. Still, the food was good and the support responded quickly when I reached out.

Good overall but app glitches annoy me
I’ve been using Uber Eats for over a year now, and while I appreciate the wide range of restaurants, the app sometimes glitches when I try to apply promo codes. One time my order was delayed because the driver had trouble finding the address, even though I double-checked it. The food quality is usually on point, but this time the pizza arrived cold which was disappointing. Customer service was decent and offered a refund, so I can’t complain too much. Hoping the app gets more stable soon because it’s pretty handy otherwise.
