Good overall but some room for improvement
I’ve had auto and home insurance with State Farm for over three years now. Their app is fairly user-friendly and I appreciate the multiple ways to file a claim, including the phone and online. Last winter, my roof got damaged by a storm, and their adjuster came out quickly and helped me get the repairs approved. My only gripe is the premium increase this year felt a bit steep compared to last year, even though I didn’t make any claims. Still, I trust their financial stability and customer service, so I plan to stay with them for now.
Smooth claims experience
Had to file an auto claim after a fender bender and it went smoothly. Got my car fixed without hassle.
Helpful team and good options
Got my homeowners policy through State Farm recently. The team helped me tailor coverage exactly how I needed it.
Decent but not flawless
State Farm helped me get coverage for my rental property and the process was mostly straightforward. Their online portal is okay, but sometimes it glitches when I try to pay bills or update info. Customer service was responsive though, which saved me some headaches.
Good policies but a bit pricey
I like State Farm for my home insurance because they offer solid coverage options and transparent terms. However, their premiums are a little higher than some competitors I've checked, which is a bummer. The physical damage claim I made last month was handled professionally and fairly quickly, so at least that part works well.
Fast and helpful
Love how quickly they issued my insurance card after signing up.
Friendly agents, good coverage
Agent Mary explained everything clearly when I bought my life insurance policy. Felt confident with State Farm.
Good coverage, minor app glitch
I've been with State Farm for my home insurance for about a year now. The coverage options are pretty flexible and the rates are competitive. Only downside was a small bug in their app that made checking my policy a bit annoying, but customer support fixed it quickly.
