Mixed feelings about renewal process
I’ve been with State Farm for my car insurance for a couple of years. Generally, their coverage is good and rates competitive, but the renewal this time was a hassle. They changed some terms and increased my deductible without clear explanation in the email. Customer service was helpful when I called but still felt a bit dodgy. Hoping they’ll be more transparent next time.
