Extensive listings and easy navigation
I’ve recommended Funda to friends looking for homes because it covers almost every neighborhood in the Netherlands. Recently I was browsing commercial spaces, and the info on each listing was top-notch floor plans, price per square meter, and even past rental history. The search function is intuitive, and I especially like the saved searches and notifications. It really took the stress out of hunting for a new office space for my startup. The only thing missing for me is virtual tours, which could make home-shopping even better given today’s tech.

Good but missing some updates
Generally Funda is my go-to site when looking for apartments. The extensive database and filters make it pretty easy to navigate. However, I ran into a few listings that were already sold but still up, which was frustrating. Also, the mobile app crashed a couple of times while I was searching on the go. Support was decent but could answer faster. Still, overall not bad for everyday use.

Helpful but glitches happen
Been using Funda for a year now searching for rentals. Love the detailed info and map tools but recently the app keeps freezing on loading listings. Had to reboot my phone a few times which is annoying. Hoping for an update soon because it’s otherwise a great resource.

Smooth experience overall
I've been using Funda to check properties for renting because I move a lot for work. What stands out is how many filters you can apply like price ranges, number of bedrooms, and even energy labels which is important to me. The interface is clear and I like that they show nearby amenities too. Last time I was able to contact the landlord directly through the app, which made arranging a viewing quick. My only gripe is sometimes photos take a while to load, but that's minor compared to the convenience it offers.
