I’ve bought several designer pieces from Ssense over the past few months. Their mix of streetwear and luxury brands is impressive and I always find something fresh. The website is stylish but sometimes glitchy in the mobile app when browsing. Once, I had to contact support because the promo code didn’t work; they responded but it took a day which was frustrating. quality and selection make up for the minor hiccups.

Love SSENSE's edgy brand mix and the clothes fit just right. Checkout was a bit frustrating though, the payment page froze once and I had to refresh and start again. Otherwise, delivery was on time and packaging neat.

Ssense has a fantastic selection of cutting-edge designers that I love checking out. The website’s filters help narrow down styles easily which is great for time-saving. However, I ordered a jacket in November and it arrived nearly two weeks late. No updates apart from the initial tracking info, which was frustrating during holiday shopping. Support replied but couldn’t speed things up. I’ll keep shopping here though since their brand range is unmatched.

I like browsing Ssense for new drops from emerging designers. Their curation is sharp and I’ve found pieces other stores don’t carry. The website works fine, but the app lags sometimes and the cart occasionally loses items if you switch pages. That’s annoying when you’re trying to decide on multiple products. Shipping and packaging are solid though, and support helped me track a delayed order quickly. I’d still recommend but hope they optimize the app.
