Mixed feelings about delivery
Ordered a pair of sneakers and two shirts from Ssense about three weeks ago. The platform was easy to navigate and checkout was smooth, but the delivery took much longer than expected. Customer support replied slowly and didn't offer a clear explanation. When the package finally arrived, one shirt looked a bit wrinkled and had a small stain which was disappointing given the price. I like their style selection but hope shipping improves.
