I’ve had Spectrum internet for a few months now and the speeds are mostly fine for streaming, but the connection drops sometimes during calls which is annoying. Customer service was helpful when I called about it but the issue wasn’t fully resolved yet. Not bad, but definitely room for improvement.

Internet speed is decent but it dropped once during a big work project which was frustrating. The customer support took longer than expected to resolve the outage. They did fix it eventually but the wait was a bummer.

I’ve had Spectrum for cable TV and phone for about six months. The picture quality on some HD channels is great but a few channels freeze sometimes. Phone service is mostly clear but once in a while there's a minor lag during calls, which is annoying when chatting with family far away.
