Good selection but checkout glitch
Love the variety of brands they offer, especially the exclusive fragrances. However, when I tried to apply a discount code at checkout, it didn’t work, which was a bit frustrating. Support helped fix it quickly though.

Nice products but tricky returns
I've been shopping on Space NK for a few months now and mostly enjoy their exclusive skincare lines. Their website is sleek and easy to navigate, plus the free samples are a nice touch. However, I had some trouble with returning a foundation that didn't match my skin tone. The process took longer than I hoped and customer service was slow to respond. Still, the quality of their products keeps me coming back.

Checkout was smooth, but delivery delayed
I ordered a makeup set that was supposed to arrive in 3 days but it took a week. The packaging was neat and the products authentic, so the wait was annoying but understandable during busy periods. I hope next time it’s faster.

Great exclusive items but pricey
Space NK has some unique beauty brands I can’t find elsewhere which is awesome. The prices are a bit steep though, so I only treat myself occasionally. Still, the quality justifies it for special occasions.
