Good products but mobile site needs work
I buy vitamins and skincare regularly from boots.com and the product range never disappoints. However, the mobile site can be glitchy especially during promo sales which makes adding items to cart frustrating. Desktop version works way better, so I switch back if I can.

Nice variety but packaging could improve
I ordered several beauty products and everything arrived quickly, but some bottles leaked causing a bit of a mess in the box.
