Overall ShipBob has helped me scale my online clothing store smoothly. The real-time inventory syncing is super useful. One time a shipment was misrouted, but support sorted it out within 48 hours. I’m happy with how they handle bulk orders too. Would recommend but watch out for occasional pauses in communication.

I switched to ShipBob from another fulfillment company largely because of better integration with my WooCommerce site. So far, orders are processed fast and shipping reliability is good. Their pricing is transparent, and I appreciate monthly reporting that helps me understand costs better. It’s been smooth once the initial setup was done, the only thing is I wish the mobile app was better developed.
