I've been using Sentry for about six months now to monitor our web app. The error tracking is pretty solid and helps us catch issues before users complain. The only thing that throws me off is their pricing tiers, which aren't super straightforward, so budgeting is a bit tricky.

Sentry's dashboard is intuitive and the alerting works well, but sometimes the grouping of errors feels off and I get notified about the same issue multiple times. Wish the UI was a bit faster on loading reports.

The error grouping is spot on and the release tracking has saved us from pushing broken builds twice now. Just wish the alert customization was a bit friendlier for non-experts. Still, can’t complain much for the price.
