Decent, but could do better
I like the idea behind Root, but I wish their app was a little more user-friendly. Sometimes it lags when I'm checking my policy details. Still, the rates I got were better than I expected!

Good but Needs Improvement
I’ve been with Root for about six months and overall it’s been great. However, I had a little hiccup with customer service when I tried to add my wife as a driver, it took longer than expected. Still, I appreciate the affordable rates!

Solid but not perfect
Technically sound but could enhance their customer support. My driving score is good, but I didn’t really see much of a discount after a year. Maybe it’s just me.
