Great overall service
I had a decent experience. The app is smooth for the most part, but occasionally it crashes. Still, the price I pay is great for the coverage I received!

Good But Some Issues
My experience with Root has been mixed. The initial savings were fantastic, but I faced a lot of delays in claim processing. I would say they have potential, but they need to work on their follow-up procedures to keep clients informed.
