Mixed feelings about Purolator's service
I had an urgent parcel that needed to arrive within 48 hours. I booked express shipping and waited anxiously. The pickup was smooth, and the courier seemed professional. However, there was a delay at one sorting center that pushed my package's arrival by a full day. When I reached out to support, the agent was polite but couldn't provide a clear reason for the holdup. I appreciate that the package did finally arrive safely, but the timing was disappointing especially since the cost was higher for express service.
