Good speeds and solid security
Proton’s VPN works well for streaming and general browsing. I’m happy with the security protocols and the app rarely crashes. They could add more servers in Asia though.

Good but not perfect yet
Proton VPN provides decent security features, but I ran into some issues with the mobile app crashing occasionally which was frustrating during work calls. Also, the server list could be more extensive, especially for European locations. Their no-logs policy is a plus and I’ve never had a leak detected during tests. The split tunneling feature is handy but took a bit of fiddling to configure right. I trust it for basic privacy but hope they fix stability in the next update.

Very secure, good app design
The app design is clean and navigation is intuitive, which makes switching servers very easy. I like the automatic kill switch it saved me during one unexpected WiFi drop. Speeds have been stable across servers I've tested in Europe and North America. Proton keeps improving and the encryption feels trustworthy.
