Great Support but Slightly Pricey
I moved my small e-commerce site to GreenGeeks about six months ago. The support team was very patient helping me set up the SSL certificate and optimizing my WordPress install. My store’s performance is consistent and I haven’t had any downtime. My only gripe is their renewal pricing which jumped higher than I expected, but the green hosting really matters to me so I’m sticking with them for now.

Good value and responsive support
I tried GreenGeeks’ reseller hosting to manage client sites and it’s been pretty good. The interface is user-friendly and their support team actually answers quickly, unlike my last provider.
