I tried Proton for a couple of months. The encryption and privacy features are strong, but the connection sometimes drops without warning. I appreciate their no-logs policy and the open-source code base, but the app interface feels a little clunky compared to other VPNs I’ve used. On the plus side, the customer support team replied quickly to my questions. Not a bad service, just could use some polish.

Proton VPN is generally secure and protects my data well, but the mobile app tends to freeze randomly which is annoying when I'm on the go. Desktop version works fine though and speeds are decent. Wish they improved mobile stability for daily use.

I use Proton VPN mostly for streaming and it's okay, speeds are decent but I notice occasional slowdowns on certain servers. The kill switch saved me once when my connection dropped, which was a relief. However, switching servers isn't always instant, causing minor interruptions.
