Okay service, could be faster
Signed up for their commercial insurance last year. The coverage options are fine, and prices reasonable. But when I had to report an accident, the response time was slower than I expected and I had to follow up multiple times. Also, their app isn’t very intuitive for managing multiple vehicles. They do get the job done, just wish it was more user-friendly.
