Mostly good with minor issues
I liked how easy it was to filter apartments by price and amenities. The only glitch was the search sometimes froze on mobile, but customer support helped me through it.

Easy and quick to use
Navigating the site was simple and I liked the street view feature. Found my apartment fast thanks to PadMapper.

Great filters but occasional bugs
I found PadMapper really helpful when searching for places in SF, love how you can filter by pet policies and other details. One thing that annoyed me was the 'favorites' list sometimes wouldn't save properly which meant I had to redo my selections. Other than that, pretty good tool especially for such a competitive market.

Solid platform yet annoying glitches
I rely on PadMapper for NYC rentals since it combines many sources and the map is very visual. However, the site sometimes crashes when switching neighborhoods which is annoying during house hunting rush. Also, a few landlords never responded even though messages said 'read'. Support was slow to reply but at least polite. Overall it's better than juggling Craigslist and other apps but could be smoother.

Good tool for apartment hunting
The map view and filters made searching for rentals super straightforward. I found a great place within a week. Just wish they had more listings in smaller towns though.
