Mostly great, a couple hiccups
Kayak is amazing for comparing flights and hotels, but I had a bit of trouble with the rental car options. The website showed a deal that wasn’t actually available when I clicked through. Still, the overall experience was good, and I found a decent hotel and flight combo.

Smooth booking experience
I've been using Kayak for years now, and I love it! Just last month, I planned a trip to Europe and booked everything through the site. The way it aggregates prices from different airlines and hotels saves me so much time. Plus, the price alert feature is a big deal! I got an amazing deal on my flight to Paris because I set a price alert and waited for the right moment to book.

Mixed feelings about the app
Using Kayak has been a bit hit or miss for me. Sometimes the prices displayed are different when you click through to book, which is frustrating. Plus, the app tends to lag a bit, especially when I'm searching for hotels. I wish they would improve that.

Solid tool for travelers
