Good hosting but beware of slow support

I use OVHcloud mainly for my personal projects and the performance is pretty good for the price. Server uptime is solid and I like the control I have over configurations. The downside was the support team taking over a day to resolve some DNS issues, which was frustrating when my site was down briefly. I hope they speed up response times, otherwise I’d be more satisfied.

Good service but UI could improve

Been using OVHcloud for about half a year, mainly their VPS service. The uptime is solid and server speeds are decent, but the control panel feels a bit outdated and sometimes confusing for newcomers. Support was helpful though when I had issues with SSL certificates.
