I use OVHcloud mainly for my personal projects and the performance is pretty good for the price. Server uptime is solid and I like the control I have over configurations. The downside was the support team taking over a day to resolve some DNS issues, which was frustrating when my site was down briefly. I hope they speed up response times, otherwise I’d be more satisfied.

So I’ve been with OVHcloud for around 8 months now. When I first signed up, the server deployment was lightning fast and very customizable, which was great. But I hit some snags later on like unexpected extra charges for IP addresses and the support chat took ages to respond to billing questions. Also, the web interface sometimes glitches when managing DNS, which got annoying. Not bad overall but could be smoother especially on the customer assistance front.

I started with OVHcloud about a year ago after moving from another provider that had too many outages. The dedicated servers have been rock solid with near 100% uptime, and the control panel offers nice customization options. However, I did get caught off guard by some additional fees for bandwidth overages that weren't very clear upfront. Support was friendly but took a couple hours to respond. Still, the overall value and reliability make it worth sticking with them for my business websites and backend APIs.
