Good service with minor hiccup

Generally happy but ticket delays
I’ve been using Hetzner for about eight months and the server performance is definitely reliable. One thing that bugs me though is that sometimes when I open a support ticket, it takes up to 48 hours to get a response. It’s not a dealbreaker but can be annoying if you’re on a tight schedule. Otherwise, the control panel is user-friendly and deploying new servers is quick.

Reliable cloud servers with great scalability
I moved my startup’s infrastructure to Hetzner’s cloud servers recently and the flexibility blew me away. Scaling up when our user base jumped was smooth and the control panel is pretty intuitive. Had a small issue with billing that took two days to resolve, but other than that, the service is rock solid. Their data center locations in Europe also helped reduce latency for our main customers. I’m definitely sticking with them for the foreseeable future.

Great hosting but support can lag
I signed up with Hetzner after hearing about their great server specs and so far the performance has been fantastic. My websites load quickly and I haven’t faced any outages. The control panel is straightforward, which is a huge plus since I’m not a hardcore sysadmin. Good infrastructure, slow support
