I signed up for their 200 Mbps broadband about 3 months ago. Speeds are usually good during the day but evenings get really congested, dropping below 50 Mbps sometimes. Customer service was polite but took two calls to schedule a technician because they kept rescheduling. On the plus side, installation was free and the app for managing my account is intuitive.

I ordered Orange broadband for my flat expecting a quick installation as advertised. It took over a week to get a technician out due to scheduling issues, which was frustrating. However, once set up, the connection speeds meet what was promised and streaming has been smooth. Support team eventually apologized and offered a small credit, which I appreciated. Wish the initial delay hadn't happened though.
