Service glitches and slow response
Had a hard time getting my mobile data issues sorted. It kept disconnecting and customer support replied way too late. Not sure if I'll renew next year.

Average speeds, customer help okay
Internet was sometimes slow, but not terrible. The app crashes now and then which gets annoying. Support was alright, but took a while to pick up my case.
