Mixed feelings about delivery
I ordered a silk dress and a pair of heels last month. The shoes arrived quickly and looked exactly like the photos, but the dress was delayed by a week and the fit was a bit off despite following the sizing guide. Customer service was okay but not super helpful with the return process, so I'm kinda stuck with something I don't love.
