Stylish and functional
I bought a crossbody bag from Michael Kors and have been using it daily for about two months. The size is perfect for my essentials and the strap is comfortable. The design fits well with both casual and business outfits. I did have a slight issue with the zipper snagging once, but customer service recommended some tricks which worked well. happy with the purchase.

Good brand but delivery needs improvement
I placed an order for a wallet and sunglasses combo. The wallet was exactly as shown, good leather and stitching, but the sunglasses had a smudge on one lens. I reported it to support and they responded quickly but I had to wait over a week for a replacement. The hold-up on delivery was the main downside, but the product quality is solid.

Nice quality but sizing tricky
Love the style but heads up, their sizes run kinda small. Ordered a jacket in my usual size and it felt tight, had to exchange for one bigger. The quality though is really nice, feels super premium.

Stylish pieces but shipping delayed
I love the new MK leather jacket I ordered, fits fantastic and looks great. However, the delivery took almost two weeks longer than promised, which was annoying when I needed it for a specific event. Their support finally updated me but the wait was frustrating. Still, the product quality makes up for the delay.
